Upcoming Housing Colony at Thankot

The upcoming project for G.A Builders is a housing colony at Thankot, Kathmandu. The colony is to be developed at the outskirts of Kathmandu Valley. The project will be completed in different phases. The ground level work has already been started and is waiting for the approval from the government body.

G.A. Builders have planned to build 60 houses in the colony. The housing colony will have all the necessary facilities and amenities like power backup, solar heating, park, parking space. The project is designed considering the environment and will be constructed as per the government house construction standard.

The housing will have a peaceful colony and ambient noise levels will be maintained as per residential standards both during day and night. Likewise, to control the pollution during the construction phase, the noise quality and ambient air will be monitored regularly. The company will take adequate measures s to reduce ambient air pollution and noise level during construction phase, so as to conform to the stipulated residential standards.
