Project Overview

The recent project of G.A Builders has been a residential building project at Battisputali. The 3D and floor plan has been designed by our Architect. As per the government’s housing and building standard, the construction of the project has been initiated.

The residential house is of 2 and a Half storey.  The ground floor is designed as per 1BHK flat. It has a bedroom with an attached bathroom, one kitchen cum dining room, a spacious hall, and a common toilet.  There is enough space for parking as well.

The first floor has a master bedroom with an attached bathroom along with a single bedroom which also has an attached bathroom. The hall on this floor is to be used as a family lounge ( a living room) and from there is a balcony through which the city view can be seen.

The second floor has a puja room, a storeroom and a spare room which can be used as a guest room or for any other purpose.

The house is in the busy street of Kathmandu Valley and every precaution for safety has been taken.
