Project Overview

We at G.A. Builders designed a residential home for Dr. Dhurba Raj Pant. The plot is located in Dhapasi Height, which has an open space.  The proposed project is a 2 and a half story building where we are using RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) construction technique. Our Architect has designed the building with a possibility of future expansion as well and the building covers 950 sq ft of area.

The ground floor has parking space and septic tank, which can accommodate a four-wheeler and 2 two-wheelers. Ground floor has an open living room with open dining setting a kitchen and a guest room along with a common bathroom.

The first floor has two bedrooms with attached bathroom and a single room which uses the common bathroom on ground floor. Two bedrooms have a balcony as well and there is a Puja room on the first floor as well.

Above the first floor, there is a terrace and a place for water tanks and other amenities.

The building is being constructed and foundation works are being done. The project is estimated to be completed in 3 months.
