For our client Mr. Nangel Lama, G.A. Builders has designed a modern bungalow. The build-up area of the bungalow is 2992.00 sq. ft. The main entrance of the building is in the west direction considering Vastu. The proposed building is two a storey and constructed as a load bearing structure.

Floor Plan:

Ground Floor: It consists of an open drawing area with an open Kitchen and a dining area. Guest Room has an attached bathroom and the floor has a common washroom.

First Floor: It comprises of a Living Room, a Master Bed Room with an attached bathroom, 2 Bedrooms with balconies and a toilet.
