Project Overview

GA Builders has designed the residential building for our client Mr. Madhu Shrestha. The site is located at Budanilkantha. The total area of land for the building is 1711.24 sq ft. The building is North faced and is designed as considering the Vastu. The building to be constructed is of two and a half storey and we will be using RCC structure for the construction of this residential building.

Ground Floor comprises of open living area with Kitchen, Store, Dining area and Toilet. The guest room is located on the ground floor.
First Floor comprises of Master bedroom with attached toilet, Bedroom, Puja, Laundry, Balcony and Toilet. The second Floor comprises of Store and staircase cover.
