Project Overview

G.A. Builders is constructing a residential apartment home for  Mrs. Manmaya Garbujaat Gongabu, Kathmandu. The project is first of a kind for our team. The apartment is located in very peaceful yet near to the main city of Kathmandu. The 3 storey residential apartment house is designed people who are looking for modern apartments for their stay. Each apartment can house a nuclear family. The building designs are made RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) technique of construction for sustained shocks and earthquake resistance since Kathmandu valley is prone to such earthquakes. Ar. Shradha Shah of G.A. Builders designed and developed the 3D architecture of both the interior and exterior of the apartment and has been leading this whole project. Whereas, our architect has designed the interiors of the project.

The ground and first floor have 2 apartment each whereas the third floor has only one apartment. In the ground floor, a space for vehicle parking has been allocated. It can accommodate up to 2-floor wheeler and 4 two-wheelers. In two of each apartment, there is an open Living/Dining and Kitchen, 1 Bedroom,  and common 1 Common Bathroom.

Likewise, On the first floor, the two of the apartment is designed to have an open Living/Dining and Kitchen, 1 Bedroom,  and 1 Common Bathroom for both of the apartments.

The third floor has Open Living/Dining and Kitchen, 1 Master Bedroom with 1 Attached Bathroom, 2 Children Bedrooms, 1 Common Bathroom which is well suited for a larger family.  

The building was completed as on March 2019.
