Steel Structured Prefab Traditional Nepali House
G.A. Builders has been always innovating in the field of the construction. We are looking ahead to make a sustainable and earthquake protected houses in Nepal. One of the projects that we are currently running is a steel structure building in Gairidhara, Kathmandu.
The project is one of the innovative projects that we have done so far. Mr. Aryal, our client for this project wanted a traditional Nepali house in Kathmandu. The house is the mix of both traditional and contemporary architecture.

GA Smart Housing has tied up with Gilbert-Ash Fit Out – Belfast, Northern Ireland for a construction project inside the premises of British Embassy, Lainchaur, Kathmandu.
Residential Home at Lazimpath
G.A. Builders constructed Mr. Mahesh Pandey’s residential home situated at Lazimpath, Kathmandu. The house is located at the prime location of Kathmandu, yet very peaceful. The area in which the house was built up is 2.5 Ana (856 sq ft) area. The 2.5 storey residential house is designed for a family of 5 using the prevailing technique of construction .i.e. RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete). The team of engineers from G.A. Builders developed the 3D architecture of both the interior and exterior of the house before the approval the process started.
